Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 I would skip this Holiday Inn Wifi access was nonexistent or poor. Problem was not corrected. We were also instructed that air conditioning unit would probably need servicing and that workers "might" have to access the room. Carpet dirty, bathroom cabinets dirty. February 11, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Park, Sleep and Cruise package My husband and I used this package for our trip on Carnival the next day. The reception staff was very helpful and gave us all our vouchers for breakfast and shuttle bus to port and back again. This package was very good value. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast next morning, plenty items on menu for healthy options too. I would like to add that the shuttle bus staff were very professional, friendly and helped us with our heavy bags...on the return trip our driver was there to greet us as soon as we departed the ship.. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Clean Stayed for business and found the Hotel to be quite comfortable and reasonably priced (at least in the off season). The only issue I had with them was in regard to the bill where they add a $1.00 service fee to the quoted rate that actually has nothing to do with the service but is rather a Chamber of Commerce marketing fee that the Hotel chooses to pay. If you read marketing literature on Charleston or Mt. Pleasant before deciding to visit, then pay the fee if you want. If you didn't, ask them to remove the fee when you check out. Staff was pleasant and accommodating even when I asked them to remove the fee from my bill. January 14, 2016
