Ashley in the lounge is such a joy. Food and drinks hit the spot after a long day on the road. And I love to end the day in the great bed. A good value too. November 15, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Access to Charleston The hotel was close to Charleston without being directly in the city. The front desk staff was more interested in flirting with someone from the bar than waiting on us when we arrived. The comforter on one of the beds had what looked like dried blood on it. The bathroom was not as clean as I have come to expect from Holiday Inn's. In addition, the room was not made up the first day. We ate breakfast one day in the hotel restaurant. Same quality (poor) food you get when you get free breakfast but for the astounding price of $10.95 per person. Will not stay at this hotel again. November 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Customer Service and Clean The staff made us feel welcome immediately upon entering the lobby and made sure we had all we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean. Would have preferred a firmer pillow option, but overall the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the quality and selection of food at breakfast and the service by the staff. November 2, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by They should be much better Stay at this place if you want to over-pay for a disappointing stay. We stayed here six years ago during the bridge run and honestly have to say it's declined in quality and service. It used to be one of the great places to stay in Mount Pleasant; a place where my family and enjoyed many great times and made many great memories. Now, it's a marginal hotel with marginal service.
