Always a pleasure staying here, Staff is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. Lounge is a good time and good service. Price is very fair for what you get. I look forward to coming back soon.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hummer H1 Working Service Dogs Not Welcome!
If you own a working service dog by all means do not go to the Holiday Inn Mount Prospect-Chicago. On May 17, 2016 I called the reservation desk and booked two rooms for June 20th and 21st. I asked if working service dogs, (certified drug dogs), were welcome and they assured me there would be no problem. We checked in at 4:45 p.m., settled the dogs in the rooms and left for dinner. We got back at 9:00 p.m. and found our key cards would not work. I went to the front desk to find out what was going on. I was told we must vacate because of the dogs. I reminded them the dogs were working service dogs and offered the proper paperwork, but was told they did not meet their definition of a service dog. I asked if they would let a police officer with a canine stay and was told no. Fortunately we found a hotel 9 miles away that was dog friendly, the Holiday Inn Express in Palatine, Illinois. To conclude, AVOID THE HOLIDAY INN MOUNT PROSPECT-CHICAGO ILLINOIS.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Everything is good, but the room is too small.
We booked a King, but it was run out, trying to give us two queens bed, however, we are a couple, no need to have two beds, then changed to one queen, where the room is too small.
