Whenever I visit Chicago, I stay at this hotel for a week every three or four months. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good food both in the dining room an room service. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking and a shuttle service. Have never been disappointed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by stevestones 3 hotels later and I found the right one
Within the past 2-3 months I stayed at 2 other hotels near the area, and now at the Holiday Inn-- Mt. Prospect. If reason for me to come back there is no hotel I have been at in the area I would regard as highly as Holiday Inn. Definitely stay again!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ulxima01 Mount Prospect: good option for ORD turnaround
Good property where you may relax after a LH flight or the night before it.
The hotel provide free shuttle service to ORD. The airport is 20ish minutes away.
Attentive and caring staff with proper acknowledgment of Platinum status.
If you love watching sport on TV then do not miss beer and dinner at the bar restaurant.
Great ambience, vast beer selection and plenty of choices from the menu. It took me sometime to take a decision, I should have stayed one or two days more to try other meals.
Minibar was empty, but you may find minibar goods for sales next to reception desk. Not a big deal then.
Book with confidence and enjoy your stay.

Very good value for the price. I had a two night stay, primarily to attend a local event less than two miles away. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my room was very clean (and clean smelling) and well appointed with free wifi, a spacious refrigerator and a microwave, all of which I made use of (there is a nearby grocery store). In addition, there is a very nice 24 hour fitness room and indoor pool and hot tub. There is plenty of free parking, but do be aware that most of the outward facing 1st floor rooms (such as the one I stayed in) all front the parking areas. I had no problems, but to lessen the risk of being disturbed by slamming doors and loud voices, consider an interior facing room or an upstairs room. Finally, be aware that if you are planning on visiting downtown Chicago, getting there from this location is likely to take between 45 minutes to an hour or more, whether one drives or uses a "park and ride" mass transit option.

A great team who work hard to make your stay away from home as comfortable as possible. As you can tell by my response they were outstanding. They are what made it a joy to stay there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You could relax and sleep without any outside noise.

I was pleased with the overall decor and cleanliness. Nice room, well decorateda and more importantly it was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and even accomodated an early check in for me, which was very nice for a last minute request.
