Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just Passing Through My Family needed a place to stay for the night while we were traveling. I read this was a" newer" Hotel and the price was reasonable, so I booked 2 rooms. Yes the front staff was nice and we had no problems when we asked to be near each other. But I'm sorry this was NOT a newer hotel, paint was chipping , dirt in every corner of the hallways, SPIDER Webbs near the pool door. It felt unclean :( rooms were just your average room. The breakfast was OK, lots of seating which is a plus, my son was waiting for his turn to grab sausage,the staff walked in front of him, took, the tongs out of his hand and then took out the remaining few pieces put them on a plate(not my son's plate!) and walked away! I'm sorry to say I don't think I'll be staying at this location any time soon. :( July 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tacky Kitchen service I stay in this hotel regularly and the one thing that I find particularly annoying is the Lady working the breakfast buffet hovering for your ticket or room number. This is the only hotel that uses tickets where I have had the workers hover as if it is their own food that might get stolen. To bad they aren't as diligent about keeping the coffee stocked. Otherwise the hotel is OK, it is in need of updating like most Holiday Inns hotels. July 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very uncomfortable bed This property has a very nice appearance outside and inside the lobby. But the room could use some attention. 1. the mattresses in this room were bad there was a indention were people had been sleeping. you could feel the springs.this was a double queen room both mattresses had the same problem.. 2. the shower valve would do a 360 no stops. 3. The AC cannot be set for to run continuously This is used to block out all of the outside noise (elevator doors opening. 4 Door slamming and people talking outside. 5 This is the first property that I stayed at in sometime that has this function disable........ Left around at 4:30 AM went to check out. had to tapped on the counter to get someone's one attention. I could hear them talking in the back . Ask if there's was any coffee. Know if you want coffee you have to wait till after six July 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK but not great. We were traveling cross country. I like to stay at Holiday Inn because of their reward program and past experiences I have had. The price was attractive so we stopped for the night. The people at the desk were very business like. They gave you the feeling like, I have taken care of you now go away. After answering a question they would turn their back on you like you are now dismissed. I was looking for a place in the area to eat and they were "0" help. Using Yelp I was able to locate a place. I got in the hot tub in the pool area but did not feel comfortable as the water looked as if it should of been changed several days ago. I got out and spent some time in the pool. This hotel would be much nicer but needs a face lift especially on the inside. The breakfast looked to be great. Lots of selection of the foods I liked. The disappointment was, hot food is supposed to be kept at 140 degrees. The food they served was cold. While I doubt it would make you sick it was not pleasant to eat. With the exception of the gravy. The deciding factor for me not staying there again was the attitude of the staff. July 23, 2015
