Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful but in other areas staff require training on how to handle guests. August 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Comfortab;e Stayy When I moved from Mumbai Domestic Airport I was worried about the environment where Holiday Inn was located because it was a populated area but once checked in I experienced the serenity I desired in a top class hotel. The rooms were up to taste and amenities are excellent. Only the buffet had low mark because the options available were limited and not well arranged. Nice place to stay and very close to Mubai International Airport August 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Be sure of your final booking amount I was really not happy at the time of checkout when I was shown three different price to be paid. Here are the same: 1. At the time of booking I used holiday in mobile website and they confirmed by email the total price including taxes and extra person charge to actual amount, here they didn't mention about paying anything extra at hotel. 2. At the time of checkout they gave me the price of more then booking amount 3. Upon questionning they showed me the link of "cancelletion policy", where it was mentioned double per room for three days that comes to total of double here they added the price for 3 guest per room Where as We were 2 adults with 4 years kid in each room) So I was not sure which price I should pay, Well they had an excuse of technical fault, but couldn't clear which price I should pay and why. after 45 minutes of discussion a senior lady from the reception helped me with this and I still had to pay some extra amount then booking amount August 5, 2014
