The But is the Pool Area, great view over Mumbai and excellent facility, but there is no way you can get and food or drink in this area and that is a complete waste of an excellent area, there should even be a restaurant or Bistro up there as it is a lovely area going to waste January 21, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A Holiday Inn Hotel which should not be Holiday Inn It looks like as if this management tries to cut on all costs. Reception does not read the customer profile. You have to check if the room is according the profile. Most of the time not! Quick check in is a fairytale in this hotel. Simple consumables like enough towels, sanitary kit, shaving kit is not automatic replaced. The restaurant is very noicy, much too loud music, no chance to relax during brakfasat! You have to fe to your room or business lounge and have breakfast there. Thanks God, there are some people who do there best and give service! In most hotel, as platimum member, I am automatic upgraded to executive floor / room. Will not happen in this hotel. Friday, 23 January, it will be the last time I will have a rest in this hotel. This hotel is for some years the most worse Holiday Inn hotel I have ever been. I am very sorry that I can't give a better review, I like IHG! January 18, 2015
