The room was very smart, clean and with internet and TV. Very few English channels.
The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
Some noise from traffic if the door is open.
Reception staff very good.
Restaurant food good.
Restaurant staff need retraining, very poor slow service and you may be the only guest in the restaurant but all 4 waiters will rush past you completely ignoring your dirty plates and a desire to order dessert/coffee for example.
Try ordering a banana split and you will probably be told they have no bananas.
(3 nights in a row I requested this!)
However, generally a good hotel with good staff and cleanliness.

Rather tired building, more tired furniture and carpets, blinds not working, curtain torn and hanging loose, tiles in balcony broken, balcony door lock not functioning, unreliable safe, only one cafe, pool unclean, gym area stinking like pool acid. Unenthusiastic staff, perhaps too little staff to run this hotel.

Restaurant and kitchen staff had to be asked to bring coffee, replenish hot food that had run out. All done in silence without acknowledgment or apology for lack of attentiveness to their duties.
Swimming pool - water not clean with dust, insects and debris on surface of pool.
