The property and room were adequate, what I would expect at an older Holiday Inn.
The real disappointment was in the quality and selection of food at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was much too expensive for the limited options available. The dinner menu at the bar was similarly limited.
The other disappointment was the speed and reliability of the internet. The speed was unacceptably slow when it was working at all.

The breakfast was ok but recommend having it included with your room stay as it isn't worth the price they charge if you don't have it in your room package.
Room was clean and fine, the only complaint we had was the air conditioner sounded like someone knocking on the door often but after a while we quit checking the door and learned to ignore it.
The music from the lounge on weekends can be heard on the 3rd floor so recommend getting rooms higher than probably the 6th floor if you want to sleep. We stay up late so it didn't bother us but was surprised how loud it was in the room and didn't hear it at all in the hallway.
no micro/fridge in all the rooms, we requested them but a microwave wasn't available, we did get a small fridge but had to ask for it.
staff is friendly. clean room and convenient location.

Overall my stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the fitness center was closed and the closest working ice machine was 5 floors away.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn before but this trip too many things went wrong in the 2 days I stayed there. Woke up to water soaked carpet, called the front desk and no one took care of the problem. When I returned hours laters, I called again and needed to be moved to another room. The vending machines were either empty or ate my money. And the hallways off the elevator

Stayed here the night before catching a flight from the Nashville Airport. Front Desk Staff was very helpful and courteous. We left our car in their airport parking lot at no extra charge and took the hotel shuttle to the airport the next morning. Great time saver; we just called the hotel when our return flight landed and the shuttle took us back to the hotel parking area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again, especially when flying out of Nashville. Also very close to Opry Mills shopping area and the Grand Ole Opry.

As a frequent business traveler , mostly at Holiday Inn Hotels I have to admit when my bill is always slid under my door at night, and on the morning of my departure I do not always check my bill, but rather just stick it in my bag.
When I do get a chance to complete my expense reports, I then enter all hotel charges. On my stay at this hotel I noticed I long distance phone charge on my bill that was not mine, since I carry a company cell phone all of my phone calls are made from my cell phone. I know this call cant be mine. When I called the hotel to have the charge removed I was told that it would be, but now two phone calls later I have just decided to pay the bill rather then try to deal with this hotel and waste any more of my time.
Lesson Learned !
