Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, but some noise The hotel was quite nice and clean. The only problem was that the room has a balcony that opened onto the main atrium, and quite a lot of noise entered the room as a result. November 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just ok Stayed for work. For the price thought I would at least get breakfast included. Nope cost $16 (with a Waffle House within eye shoot). Pool had complicated latch. Could not figure out. Called Front Desk. After an hour still had not received a return call. Guest of mine figured out for me. Plus, you could set temperature as long as want. Many hotels, limit how low you can go. Because of health issues I require a much cooler room than normal to be able to sleep. November 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, Excellent Meeting Rooms, Friendly Waiters This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everyone from the front desk to the people who set up our room for our meeting were not only friendly but went out of their way to help us with any questions that we had. The staff even checked on us several times to ensure that everything was running smoothly. During our evening meal, the staff and waiters couldn't have been more accommodating. Not only did they speak with up personally, they kept our drinks filled and always made sure that we had everything that we needed. The music was astounding as well during dinner. Who doesn't love live music? It was set at just the right volume. I recommend this hotel to anyone as I travel all of the time for work and this one was one of the very best! November 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Still sorting things out... When we arrived at the Hotel, there were at least 10-15 people waiting to check in at the front desk. Only 2 staff members present to help at 3:00pm (One of which was on the phone half the time), which is the stated check-in time. After about a 15 minute wait, which should take maybe 5 min or so, I was told that I had a reservation for 2 rooms, but was only charged for 1. What?? So I am charged for another room for the night and charged $30 incidental hold for both rooms. Fine, not a big deal. Get up to the room and the entire room smells like an ashtray. Had to call back to the desk and let them know that it was that way when we arrived and to not even think about charging us for it. After this, we are getting ready to head out on the town but wanted a cold drink first. Ice Machine on the floor does not work, so have to do a floor by floor hunt until we find one. Next morning, housekeeping enters the room 3 times without heeding the yells from inside that we were still present in the room. All of this happening before check-out time. So we check-out, examine the bank account, and realize we've been charged 3 times for the 2 rooms. After 4 days, we have been refunded one of the room charges and incidental charges but waiting on the other incidental. What a MESS!! Didn't think staying at a Holiday Inn in Nashville would be this big of a disaster. Never again at this place and I'll think twice before any other Holiday Inn locations get my patronage. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG property I've stayed at thus far I travel for a living and stay at various IHG properties. Every year my wife takes her sisters to Nashville to shop and to just get away for a couple of days. Moving forward we will be staying at another property. Each time either of us have stayed at this property we have had problems. Last weekend my wife was there and they had breakfast at the hotel. A few hours later one of the girls started feeling sick. They went back to the room for a while and she actually got sick while laying in the bed. It was a small place but they took the sheets off the bed and put them in the floor. A few hours later the left for the day. That night when they returned they turned the sheets back and housekeeping actually picked the sheets up off the floor and put them back on the bed.
