Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm reception My daughter stayed at your Holiday Inn while attending a Predators game. Being young(23) I had set the reservation up for her. She has raved about the great service she received, how polite everyone was and how everyone went out their way to make her feel welcome. When young adults aren't always received well when checking into hotels. I think everyone assumes the worse. I called the hotel this morning to inquire about a lost sock. The lady who talked with me went out of her way to find the sock. Although no sock was found her kindness was so appreciated. My daughter will return in 3 weeks while she attends the Blake Shelton concert. As her mom I feel confident that she will be well taken care of. February 10, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Elm Hill-Pike Overall hotel is in a great location off of the expressway (just don't travel during rush hour, it's a nightmare#. My room wasn't clean when I arrived. It's like they half-did the job. Soap was open, there was no tissue, trash in all the trash cans, the clock and lamp for some odd reason were all unplugged. I went to the front desk to alert them of the situation and they were nice and offered me another room, I just asked that they clean the one I was in. Upon returning after dinner, they basically emptied one of the trash cans, and brought me more towels and piled them up on my sink as if that was the reason for them coming to my room. On top of that, there was trash still in the room from the previous guest #I'm assuming). The next morning after I checked out, they seemed surprised of my complaint. This actually happened folks. The young lady at the counter was very helpful after a few moments. Would I stay there again? Probably yes, this isn't the end of the world. Just bringing attention to the situation. February 8, 2016
