but that's about it. Pool wasn't open when we arrived and the construction was very noisy during the day. Don't understand when you book a room with 4 people, why you get 3 towels. Had to ask for extra towels. Housekeeping picked up around the room, but failed to leave toilet paper (had to ask for that). There was mold on the shower walls. Breakfast was expensive at $14.99. Waffle House is next door and Cracker Barrell down a short drive. Amazingly fast elevators! Room somewhat pricey per/night, but the location was key. Convenient to Opry Land and a short drive to downtown. Parking was crowed. Appeared to be a car show in town and large trucks/RV's took up a lot of parking spaces. Would recommend larger vehicles park in the overflow lot. Likely to stay here again if constuction is complete.

Drains were slow and still a lot of construction going on. The staff was friendly and courteous. Access to Nashville was great.

Staff was extremely friendly and eager to meet all needs. Meeting rooms were easy to get to and the elevators were fast.
Renovations were somewhat loud during the day when in the rooms but that it to be expected when improving a facility.
I would come back and recommend the Holiday Inn Opryland Airport Hotel.

Hotel was nice but old and at the time undergoing renovations. When I booked the room the pool was closed but stated it would be open and a month later when I arrived it wasn't. Resturant was medicore, quick start breakfast was ok but costly. Coffe was $3 when you can get free coffe in your room! Staff was slow at almost every occansion I interacted with them. Overall I would rate them a 2.5 not 3.3 as stated at the time of this posting. For the price it is not worth it. They have some serious opportunity for improvement.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago. It was so pretty! However, with the recent construction, it was very loud and we couldn't get any rest. The maids were very noisy in the morning in the hallways. The pool was closed off during the construction and didn't feel that we should have paid FULL price for our week stay, especially with the amenities closed off for the entire week. The breakfast was great, but dinner wasn't the greatest. I personally Emailed the GM and haven't heard a peep back. My family and I loved IHG! However, we found this hotel disappointing.

I have stayed at this location several times in the past. Sorry to say that last night will be my last time. I checked in around 7 pm. Their was no mention that the water would be turned off. I had a 5:30 am flight out. When I woke to get ready for the flight their was no water. I call the font desk and was informed that the waster was turned off and would be back on around 4:30. i was informed that their was a notice in the lobby about this event. At 3:00 am is check out the lobby and their was no notice. I was told by the front desk clerk that a notice was put under the door. This was not the case for my room. I had a flight out at 5:30 so a 4:30 water turn on time was to late for me. The hotel would not offer to reduce my rate. They did state that they would TRY to add reward point to my account. This is very disappointing. I will not be spending my day in meetings and was not able to brush my teeth or have a shower. Also I paid full rate for this pleasure. I understand that emergencies happen but their attitude was terrible.
