Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Remodeled hotel is a big improvement New beds are very comfortable. All the new furnishings are stylish Carpets are very clean as is the whole room and bath.. We appreciate your front desk staff especially Ashley. Shawn and Willie in maintenance have also been very helpful . The hotel is very convenient and is in walking distance of many restaurants. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed during CMA festival Not a regular customer of Holiday Inns but didn't have much choice when trying to book during the CMA Festival. Hotel is newly renovated. Clean rooms and a comfortable stay. The 24 a night fee for parking your car is ridiculous. There is no free breakfast buffet. Go a block down to Bread and Company and get a delicious omelet with sides or a fresh bagel for the same price or less as the buffet. If youre staying during the CMA festival, be prepared to wait for shuttles. Knowing that you're hotel is fully booked during a festival that brings thousands of people to the area, they should have more shuttles running. One in the morning till 1 and two at night is not enough. Main concert at night ends at midnight and last shuttle pickup is 12:45. Ended up spending a lot of extra money on taxis. June 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location near Vanderbelt and Belmont We chose this hotel for it's proximity to downtown and Belmont University. The location was perfect and the hotel was fine--just what we'd expect a newer or updated Holiday Inn to be. We were glad to have the option of a restaurant and a bar downstairs although did not have time to enjoy them as the hours were somewhat limited. Our only complaint was the price--we paid a premium but based on our research, that was due to location--all hotels in the area were priced much higher than we usually pay unless we are staying in a 4-5 star hotel. We were aware ahead of time, however, that we were staying at a 3-star hotel for that price. June 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Close to Vanderbilt Medical Center I asked at Vanderbilt Medical Center if they had an agreement with any hotels in the area for reduced prices and was given several hotels. I choose this Holiday Inn, because I had stayed here before and thought it was very nice. It is clean, comfortable and steps away from several nice restaurants. I don't like that you now have to pay to park (although the parking was included with the price I was given through the Medical Center). Everyone was friendly and helpful and there is also a shuttle to the Medical Center. I highly recommend! June 17, 2015
