Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pricing Problem I stayed at this hotel during a recent songwriting seminar. My group typically receives a reduced rate but I was only offered this rate for one night. The remaining 2 nights were charged at a rate almost double my group rate. This was due to the fact that the hotel had to put me in a "park view" room, which I had no interest in. When I initially booked the room over the phone I was told I may be able to receive the group rate when I checked in. Of course when I checked in the front desk staff had no idea and no interest in what I was talking about. Due to this indifference and the high cost, when in Nashville in the future I will do my best to stay at a different hotel. April 20, 2016

I like to run in the morning and the neighborhood is good for that. Vanderbilt University nearby sets the tone. April 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT STAY HERE This was the worst hotel service of my life. I will NOT be staying at a Holiday Inn again. I arrived Friday at 0600 for a anesthesia conference. We were in a small conference room with >125 and the air conditioning was not functioning. This environment did not facilitate learning, which was very displeasing to me since I paid $800+ for the conference. Saturday I got to wake up to an ICE COLD SHOWER because the hotel was out of hot water. I called down to report the problem and they informed me they were aware they were having issues prior to our arrival and now the hot water is completely out hotel wide. After speaking with the front desk I was informed parking AND 1/2 my room rate per night would be compensated. However upon check out Sunday morning I was informed by the night manager (ALISON- who has terrible people skills and was NOT hospitable) that she would not be compensating on the room rates and I could call corporate with this issue. I have NEVER had such poor service. -One VERY unsatisfied customer April 17, 2016

A problem with the restroom was handled promptly and professionally. Parking fee in addition to the room was a little too expensive. The view off the balcony of the Vanderbilt Stadium was nice...especially at sunrise. April 11, 2016
