Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad location high price, and no ability to modify my reservation The hotel is in a bad area, the price paid was higher for the overall value, visually is one of the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in. I made a mistake in the reservation (entering a day before) and tried to change to the next day, but I was unable to do so, In the end I ended paying an extra night. This was a pretty bad experience with Holiday Inn, and due to that now I'm only staying in Holidays Inn as a last resource. April 18, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Confortable, but questionable location The hotel´s facilities and staff help were great, just wish it would have been located someplace else where one could feel safe walking outside the hotel´s premises. Kind of scary at night, specially if you are traveling with the wife and kids!! April 2, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor location The view from my room was literally an ugly and deteriorated concrete wall about 20 feet away, as they built a new traffic overpass on that street. Walking outside is both fruitless and spooky. There is not a single restaurant within walking distance. You have to cross three streets to get to a gas station and a minimart. The air conditioner did not work, and the gym was being remodeled. I had made a reservation for two nights. After the first night I tried to cancel with the local staff. They said no. I could have taken the blame for choosing a poor location, but the air conditioner an gym issues were attributable to the hotel, so I insisted. They still said no. I had to call Holiday-Inn in order to cancel. That showed poor management. This hotel is not up to Holiday Inn standards. March 22, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Buen hotel El personal muy amable y servicial en todo momento. El hotel tiene servicios adecuados a su categoría. La comida de servicio a cuartos excelente. Las habitaciones están o aparentan ser viejas (los baños y el mobiliario especialmente); el hotel es demasiado frío y no hay calefacción ni cobertores suficientes. La televisión está demasiado alejada de la cama y con señal y/o calidad de imagen deficiente. En general recomendable para estancias de negocios por la zona. December 19, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mejorar el Gimnasio El único problema que tengo en este hotel, es que el gimnasio se encuentra bastante mal, la caminadora (solo hay una), se para constantemente (no sirve), la escaladora prácticamente ya no sirve de igual forma y el set de pesas es bastante viejo, por lo que mi única recomendación seria que un hotel del nivel de Holiday Inn debería tener un mejor gimnasio, como los tiene en otros países o en otras partes de México. Espero y se tomen en cuenta mis comentarios. Gracias July 17, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pensé que era buena opción Tomé ese hotel porque en el que suelo quedarme ya no tenía lugar pero, para empezar las señales vehiculares para entrar al estacionamiento no son las adecuadas, después las habitaciones se encuentran un poco maltratadas, en mi caso, me dieron una habitación que ya sabían que la llave de tarjeta no funcionaba, una persona del hotel me acompañó para poder abrir la puerta y me dijo que más tarde quedaría resuelto pero no fue así, cada que llegué a la habitación tenía que regresar a recepción y esperar a que alguien me pudiera acompañar para abrir la puerta con una llave normal, incluso pedí que mejor me prestaran esa llave pero no fue posible, además de esto, una de las luces del baño parpadeaban, situación bastante molesta después de unos momentos de estar en esa zona y, para terminar, al salir del hotel uno tiene que bajar unas escaleras cargando la maleta para poder llegar al sótano en donde te entregan el auto, no fue una buena experiencia.
