Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, Poor Restaurant Service I have stayed at this hotel several times, when travelling to the Neenah area for work. I always make it a point to stay at this Holiday Inn as it's in a convenient downtown location, the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel has all the amenities that one would expect from a Holiday Inn. The courteous staff go above any beyond to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. The only issues I have encountered with this facility have been with the restaurant, Remington's. On my last visit I ordered room-service for breakfast, to be delivered at 6:30 am, as I had to leave the hotel by 7:30 am for work. After not receiving my order by 7:00 am, I called the restaurant (twice) and was informed that they "forgot" to deliver my order. They extended no offer to make amends for the mistake. The next morning, I decided to not waste time ordering room-service, and went to the restaurant in person. I met two of my co-workers there. After asking for separate checks, the server added items to my bill that my co-workers ordered. She also charged one of my co-workers for a pot of coffee that she had previously served to me. Needless to say, the next time I stay at this Holiday Inn I will not waste my time, or money, at Remington's. Otherwise, this hotel is a great choice when in the Neenah area. December 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was very friendly The room was nice and breakfast was good. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway and was within walking distance of various restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were in the area for a Packer football game (GO PACK GO) and the location was far enough away that the price was not sky high......about an hour away. I would recommend this establishment for anyone planning on staying in the area. December 3, 2014
