Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 change The pillows staff extremely nice but pillows absolutely awful. After an 11 hour flight and 6 hour time difference, you expect a super nice bed to get some rest but unfortunately it was not the case February 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good shower and good bed The stay was ok. The room tv was too small for the size of the room, but the bed and the shower were very comfortable. Didn't find a good service though. Asked for an iron table in my room and 30 min has passed without anyone bringing it to me so I called the reception and the guy said would be coming up. After additional 30 min nothing, so I called reception and asked to cancel cause I had to go out for a dinner (with my t-shirt a bit mashed). December 16, 2013

The Reception Staff do go out of their way to be accommodative. Rebecca provided top-notch customer service in recognizing my IHG Rewards. The room was FIRST CLASS and the entire property was neat, clean and professional. I can not be more positive about the fine quality of service. YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE! December 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good hotel at great price I stayed here one night after arriving from USA to Frankfurt. The room was very clean, bathroom was good size for Europe, restaurant service was prompt. The risotto had far too much lemon but the server was very nice and front desk staff were excellent. Secure locked parking and reliable and fast internet. Only bad part was that the housekeeping began lining up carts outside my room at 7:00a.m. and woke me up as they set up the carts in the hallway for later in the day. I was recognized as IHG Rewards Member at arrival and departure and the price was very good value. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. October 22, 2013
