Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by They Didn't Make My Bed! After the first night stay, the maid service only cleaned the bathroom and didn't make the bed! Unacceptable! In addition, I reported a bathroom light out. Never replaced! FYI the bar closes at 10:00 PM on a Friday and Saturday night! Really! March 24, 2015

The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable for extended stays. The Hotel is located centrally in the Utica/New Hartford area and makes for easy access to my customers. March 9, 2015
