The waitress during the morning is very friendly and accomodates us always. This is the second time we stayed here and the crew requested this place when they heard we had work in the Utica area. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room and friendly service The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The matressess need to be replaced as they sag considerably towards the center of the bed. Pool had not been opened for the season even though it was past the middle of June. I would recommend this hotel other than for the above reasons. June 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not to the usual standards. We have stayed in this particular hotel three times now for business. The first two were unremarkable. This time is another story. We had a toilet that was leaking and creating puddles on the floor of the bathroom. It took two days and two complaints to have it fixed. The room was extremely damp even with the air conditioning on. It made it very difficult to sleep. Also we had a third person with us this year and needed a roll out bed. The roll out bed had bedbugs in it! Normally we are very happy with our stay at this hotel chain but this time we were extremely disapointed. June 23, 2015
