Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jaystey will stay again
Very close to my work location that I need to travel to a few times a year.
I wish the Holiday Inn would recognize me as a rewards member though. You do not receive anything like other Hotel chains (no welcome gifts, newspapers, drink coupons, perks)

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Katpag Great Hotel but....
They have no continental breakfast offered and they have screwed up billing one way or another everytime I go. Putting stuff on my or my co workers private cards that should have gone on corporate card they were given . Then credits back and waiting. I would understand once, but this is a little silly.
My desk chair was completely broken, but they gave me points for my inconvenience on that , which I greatly appreciated. I still stay there once a month at least since Feb.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Horribly muddy lobby excessive noise in lobby
It was dirty and I was embarrassed. The lobby was covered in mud and muddy footprints and big muddy suitcase tracks. We didn't use the pool because of the excessive amount of mud and people walking through it to enter the pool. Because the lobby was so dirty I had to clean our new luggage off as soon as entering the room which is hardly relaxing. Then I am questioning the cleanliness of the room if the lobby is filthy. I wanted a special night out for our anniversary and it was really just embarrassing. Waiting for the shuttle in lobby was so bad with a toddler banging on the piano so loudly that we waited outside in the cold van for 25 mins. UGH I wont be back:(

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stevorino32 Nice Pool Lack of security
Pool door entrance from road was left Unlocked and twice while my family and I swam, strangers entered. One person entered and changed at the pool in front of my 5 and 7 year old children. When I ran and got Jeff (the operations manager) he came and told me this stranger was " Joe, a pool member, it's okay"
So they sell pool passes and allow strangers to swim while guests are trying to relax. Terrible situation handled poorly by Management.
The restaurant was empty and for good cause, the children's menu in the room does not match this restaurant. So when we chose in the room what the children wanted, none of it was available, we were told sorry old menu ?
When we went back for breakfast, the food my children dropped the night before was still on the floor-a 6 inch piece of melon. The restaurant also had a terrible fruit fly situation, again probably for good cause.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TPetch22 Upgraded Room Accommodations
Upon checking-in I was acknowledged for being a Platnium Priority Club member and was given a Suite for my Rewards night stay. The room was spacious with 2 designated areas, a bedroom area and a living room area each having a HDTV. The hotel staff was very pleasurable and the lobby was decorated nicely for the Holiday season. The only drawback was that the suite was converted from two rooms next to the elevator which could be heard throughout the entire night including its bell when it reached the floor.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Homer Peaseley23rd Overall stay
Please see previous comments. The hotel is clean and quiet. The restaurant is a great convenience that has an extensive menu, good food and reasonable prices. The TV reception is High Definition with access to a variety of movies that can be viewed in your room. There is a laundry room for your convenience. If you are athletic, there is a fitness room and a swimming pool. The front desk has a snack bar including soft drinks.
