Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Hotel was average. Customer service could have been a lot better. Distance to Bourbon St is a plus. April 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious Comfortable Rooms in Excellent Location This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable - recently updated. The location cannot be beat. April 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel accommodations average; below average maid service Rooms cleaned late in the day. Restaurant price for breakfast buffet ridiculous for what was offered!!!!!!!!! Ate elsewhere EVERY day Restaurant closed for dinner due to "buy out" WITHOUT telling guests (no sign, no announcement); however, MENU was still posted April 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location This is a great hotel when visiting New Orleans and the French Quarter which in only a block a way. Far enough away that you don't hear the noise at 3:00am but still in easy walking distance. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic hotel in the French Quarter Very happy with this lovely hotel in the centre of the French Quarters. April 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location in French Quarter Great location with valet parking made it easy to find and stay at the Chateau LeMoyne. Room was impressively quiet given the crowds outside. The stay (and the parking) cost more than I thought I would have to pay, but it was worth it. April 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Clean in the Middle of it All This was a great stay! A little expensive but well worth the money. The room was very nice, the hotel bar has excellent happy hour deals, and it was exceptionally quiet, especially considering how close it was to the center of New Orleans. April 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, value could be better. Lucky to get a five day reservation right before the French Quarter Fest because our daughter was about to have a baby. The rooms are large, well-appointed; service was very good. Large screen TV, baths a little small but very functional. The major cons have to do with value. This is not an inexpensive hotel, even for the quarter. The coffee maker in the room was miserable, and a cup of coffee downstairs cost $3.45 for a six ounce cup. Parking was ridiculous; $42.50 per day because we had an SUV, which took up no more space than a smaller car; we could easily see that because the parking lot is across the street. If you stay here, leave your car somewhere else and use Uber; parking is outrageous. And go elsewhere for breakfast, which is overpriced and marginal at best. April 18, 2016
