The staff members were exceptional customer service professionals. They went out of their way to be accommodating and exhibited great attitudes while doing so. Renee, Brittany, Roy, Robert, Alan, John, Gary and Nelton are "Uber" service professionals. It was hard to leave New Orleans and the personalized care I received from these individuals. The food in the restaurant was very good and the live entertainment was an added bonus. As a Platinum Ambassador, I was upgraded to an amazing suite. The experience at Holiday Inn French Quarter-Chateau Lemoyne more than made up for the negative customer experience I had at another hotel, the first night I arrived in New Orleans. Thank you for making my stay a positive customer experience and I am looking forward to my return.

Stayed over after a 5 day cruise. It is in a great location with plenty of activities nearby.

This hotel was a good stay, room was a bit small, and pillows were awkward, but other than that it was a good experience. Great location, and fantastic staff!
