Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Experience We came for a girls weekend and had a great experience. When we first arrived it was earlier than check in time but we were told they could hold our luggage and deliver them after we checked in. They told us we were welcome to check out the restaurant. We came back right at 3pm and were quickly checked in and on our way to the room. The rooms are alittle smaller than other Holiday Inn but very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are a good size and again very clean. I wasn't bothered but any noise from the neighbors. The channel options on the TV was great, not your basic hotel channels. The staff members were all nice and very helpful. I ordered room service for breakfast and the server called back to ensure that they had the correct order since the phone was very low. I appreciated that instead of guessing they wanted to ensure they had the right order. The housekeeper was available when we needed extra towels and washcloths and made sure the room was clean. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here on my next trip to NY. It was close to everything. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go. December 16, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely disappointing experience Hotel staff were not experienced at all. First of all, the person at front desk did to inform customers how to get the parking price at hotel rate. The parking garage hotel collaborate with refused to reimburse the outrageous parking fee. We called hotel front desk, they did send someone to the parking garage try to sort out the problem. However, there were no follow ups afterward, we had to decline the fee through our credit card company instead. Second of all, they accidentally charged Pet fee twice for one stay, I had to call credit card company to deny the extra claim. Third of all, We tried to call for room service at decent hours, however, no one picked up phone calls from kitchen. We had to go down to kitchen to remind them we tried to call. In summary, as a Platinum member, I am extremely disappointment by my experience at this particular hotel. December 14, 2014

It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and the staff, especially Cesar, was very helpful in helping us navigate the subway system. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay in NYC The location of the Holiday Inn hotel in the Chelsea / Flatiron district was ideal. The street itself was perfect with some great restaurants and bars right up the street on 26th. The hotel staff were wonderful and extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and slightly bigger than some other hotel rooms we have stayed in in the past in NYC. Bed was very comfortable too with a good selection of pillows. Considering the little time spent in the rooms, it was up to par. There's too much to see and do in NYC ! Chelsea Market is 10min walking distance away, Rockafeller is about 20-25min away. Union Square about 10min too. Bring your walking shoes and have a great time. December 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't beat the staff These guys are awesome. Best staff in the city. Every time that I am there, they go out of their way to ensure that I am happy with my stay. There appears to be very low turn-over, seems to be the same staff over the last two years or so. Even the day time manager goes out of his way, every time that I have seen him, to come up and personally introduce himself, ask how my stay has been, and what he and his team can to do make it better. From early check-in to late check-out to stowing my bags, they are the best navigators of the NYC subway system, know every great eats (including the restaurant in the lobby) and what is playing/new in town. Plus, they are genuinely nice people. Oh, and the rooms? Can't be beat for value. Spotless, comfortable, well appointed, good amenities. December 5, 2014
