Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good clean stay Clean room, nice staff and good location. Easily accessible to subway and major streets. Food and beverage was not available as the restaurant was under renovation but that was not an issue as there was plenty of places in the area. Our only issue was that our TV kept turning on very loudly in the morning, we did not have the TV alarm set, we assume it was because the person in the room next to us turned on their TV and ours went on as well. A little shocking at 4:50 am the first morning, 5:40 the second morning and 7:30 the third morning. Very slow WIFI in room. May 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding event We were in New York for a wedding. This hotel was close to the venue. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. It was quiet at night which made sleeping delightful. Thoroughly enjoyed staying. Don't expect large rooms in New York. Besides.who spends a lot of time in your hotel? Even people who live in New York live in small apts. I will stay here again. April 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Small room but well located My taxi driver found it hard to locate this hotel - taking me first to the Holiday Inn Express on Wall Street, but when I arrived the check in staff were very friendly and efficient. My room was spotlessly clean, and although only on the 4th floor it was pretty quiet for the location. The room was compact. Not much spare room. The bathroom only had a shower cubicle and not a bath but I actually preferred that. There was no food provision in the hotel as the restaurant was being refitted but it isn't really needed - there is plenty of choice just outside. The only major problem was the wifi was flaky. Although it did work some of the time, there were other times when it simply didn't connect, even when I was using the ethernet cable. That aside it was hard to fault for the location and price. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No heat tiny room This experience was more like a youth hostel or budget European hotel. I asked the staff twice to fix the heat in my room, but in never got above 59 degrees. The rooms are cramped and the lobby is non-existent. Unless you have to stay near Wall Street, look elsewhere. March 30, 2014

The restaurant was only open 1 morning the day the regional manager was expected for a visit. Shower curtain was too small and water got all over the bathroom floor. Lobby was TINY. We paid quite a bit for the hotel and felt it was not worth the money. March 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NYC's Best Kept Secret Experience was awesome. Room was a decent size by New York standards. Staff very attentive and friendly. What makes this location great is the restaurant - far better that anything else I have experienced at a Holiday Inn- food was amazing (thanks to chef Pete) and service at dinner and in the bar was also amazing (thanks Erica). Holiday Inn Wall Street has to be NYC's best kept secret. March 11, 2014

The Café staff was so pleasant and the food was very good and reasonable. They even had a small gym to exercise. Really Really Great experience... it's a find!!!! February 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel and location We stayed at holiday inn wall street during the Christmas week. Our room #1601 was very large and spotless. Only negative point was the noisy heater. Very nice staff at the desk. We had breakfast at the attached cafe and we appreciated Romana the waitress who was always helpful and efficient. Food was very nice too. A good place to start the day. Always within 5 mins walk from bus stop and metro station (Fulton St.), and closed to Wall St so it saves you transportation fee! But the staff was very friendly and called management, they explained what had happened and not only gave me a very beautiful room, they transferred my payment to that night's stay!! I am so grateful about it, I only had $5.00 cash on me and all other hotels were probably completely booked (christmas weekend). The $5 went straight to the clerk and I only wish it had been more like $40 because, along with 1000 thanks, that is what he really deserved January 2, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ridiculous time for end of breakfast Breakfast ends at 9 and there's hardly space to sit for the breakfast. Bathtub was blocked and was not looked into. Plumber came to check only once in 2 days and didn't come back. The staff are great and the pizza combo is really good as is the efficient shuttle service. Pls change the time for the breakfast and make more space.. Will come again if this is changed. December 31, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good location the hotel is located in the lower part of manhattan..from the reception area to hallways and the room ; the space is very restricted <tight quarters>its very typical of the apts. found in NYC..the room was very clean and we were fortunate to have a terrace, although when we went to use it, the door handle came off. the rate made it a very good bargain and the staff was pleasant and helpful December 29, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience...book somewhere else...avoid like the plague Whole hotel and Rooms are cramped, no facilities in the room, breakfast service takes over an hour (not due to the hard working waitress but because she is the only one), both days they had missing items in the menu, ihg reservation agents did not book me for breakfast and it was my mistake I didn't cross check. The attitude of the staff is really bad and they seem least bothered by any requests. I requested an knife for cutting fruits in the room (same was given without fuss in dc holiday inn) and the restaurant owner told he would lose all his cutlery if he gave it to me. Printer in lobby was not working. With family don't try this hotel at all... December 29, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too small and rooms noisy Rooms and hotel too small and narrow, no breakfast included, uncomfortable lobby, waiting room minimal (just a couple of sofas, no room to go through, no restrooms in lobby but on lower floor), every time a guest closed a room door the walls of the room moved, every time a guest talked at his room you could hear what they said, staff was not clear when we called to say the flight had been cancelled (LGA had been closed)and we would get there the next day, they said there would be no problems, and then they wanted to charge us for all the days, should have made clear that they would hold the room but charge us anyway. They finally charged us for half of the first day stay that we had not used. Reservations had told us the hotel would not charge us since it was well known the airport had been closed.
