Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Clean hotel in a great location for us, close to Central Park. We travel to NY three times a year and had never stayed here before. My only complaint is that we requested a refrigerator when we made the reservation, again at check in. When we returned for the evening the refrigerator was still not in the room. I asked for it again first thing in the morning and they finally brought it. I ran to the store to grab food, both of my children have food allergies, to put in there for the rest of the weekend. Filled up the fridge and hit the city. We returned that evening to find the fridge didn't work and had to throw out the majority of the food. Same thing the next day, asked for a fridge, bought more food, and threw it out after the fridge quit working gain. It cost me two days worth of food and quite a bit of headache. April 14, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Shabby place wouldn't stay again Overall the hotel needs a complete face lift. This place is shabby and too expensive for what is delivered. Employees need a refresher on how to be friendly and courteous to customers. Rooms need updating New Yorker's are the friendliest people in the US. They sure weren't at this hotel. April 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel The rooms were a good size compared to other comparable hotels. The breakfast was fast and tasty. the waiter staff were attentive and responsive. The only comment was the HVAC did not work correctly. the room was too hot with no control from the thermostat. April 13, 2015
