Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Nice Place to Stay Over all, this was a very nice hotel with good customer service. They provided the services we requested and we had a comfortable stay for 2 nights. Noise level was low and beds were comfortable. The drinks at the bar were a little expensive in our opinion, and the service when ordering a breakfast was slow and the food could have been hotter. Otherwise, a nice stopover on a long trip and we'd stay again. April 22, 2014

The manager of this hotel is rude, we arrived after a flight from San Francisco, it wasn't check in time, we were tired and hungry, in came this angry looking manager, asking us to vacate the hotel lobby, he had the audacity to suggest we go shopping at nearby malls till check in time!!!! The staff snigger behind him all time and exchange looks because he keeps coming up with one weird idea or the other. He walks about wearing this morose and harassed look all the time, not even a smile for guest, Apart from him, the staff especially the reception and restaurant staff were great. Mary at the restaurant is very nice and patient with guest and kids. We were snowed in and it was tough but we had a good time apart from the big manager. April 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by near nothing I suppose if I were looking for somewhere to crash overnight close to the airport, this would do. While the room itself was clean and heating/cooling easy to control, the hotel was on the loud side. Noises from room to room were heard constantly, not loud noises but average conversations. Free parking is nice but you will end up paying more for all the driving etc to places OR pay through the nose for restaurant service with added gratuity (even for the serve yourself buffet of ok food). Love Holiday Inn but not much bang for your buck here. Choose something closer to somewhere. April 17, 2014

Its proximity to the airport, prompt shuttle service and friendly staff are the reasons we keep returning. The dining room staff are attentive to your needs and the environment is relaxing. Cleanliness of our room has never been an issue. We have never been bothered by noise and check in has always been timely. April 3, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by dining the service at the on site restaurant was by far some of the worst ive had regardless of where Ive been....slow to non existent. I witnessed multiple employees standing around socializing. this was while I waited for someone to come take my order, which never happened. I ended up hitting vending machine for dinner and would not recommend based on this. March 24, 2014

Best value for the airport location and good shuttle that addresses some of the airport access issues. The only downside is the convoluted driving to get to the airport when you can actually see where you need to go from the property. One hopes that all the hotels in the area gets something done to help the poor driver that is unfamiliar with the area. Perhaps a ski tram and off site rental car drop off. March 16, 2014

Also, the hotel feels creepy---like a really bad movie that does not stop but keeps going on and on and on until you checkout---this includes a decent amount of the staff... Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk Staff, not so good restaurant staff Big ALOHA and praise to the wonderful front reception staff and shuttle bus drivers for their display of hospitality and service to their valued guests. The room was beautifully furnished and equipped. THE REASON FOR THE AVERAGE STAFF/SERVICE SCORE IS BECAUSE OF THE RESTAURANT STAFF/SERVICE. Restaurant experience was not good . On the menu it clearly stated that a 15% tip would be included in the bill, this is regardless of the type of service (good or bad) the server provides to its patrons (labor union issue?). From a service standpoint, the servers may not provide the best possible service to their patrons as they know they will automatically receive the tip as it is already included in the food bill. Overall, nice property and service with the exception of the restaurant staff. Sent letter to the GM regarding my experience soon after my return home and unfortunately no response. February 5, 2014
