Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Newark! Loved this property. Great staff. Great rooms! If I could change one thing it would be the restaraunt.... 15% tip was automatically added. This did NOT encourage timely service. I felt when I did get the attention of staff I was intrupting their conversations with each other... Very unprofessional. There was one black man Isah (sp) that litterly waited and watched from a distance. As soon as I put down my menu I glanced over and he was right on top of things. His demeanor seemed honest and genuinely welcoming. Sadly when the bill came it had a ladies name as my server?!? Hope he got the tip....he was the only person I felt with in my three visits that was concerned about me as a customer. They could ask I use a overhaul in delegation... One person took my order and brought my drink... Another kept my glass full and yet another brought my food. That makes no sense plus it's no way to build a repore with a customer. April 16, 2016
