Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Experience to remember Unfortunately when we arrived we were booked into a room already occupied. Our keys opened their door and there were 3 strapping lads looking as shocked as we were.. The housekeeper phoned reception to notify them and let us into another room whilst she had our keys re keyed. Over our 3 day stay we had to return to reception no less than 4 occasions as our keys would not open our door! This was very frustrating to say the least along with the constant worry that someone could be booked into our room in error! One good thing was that I asked the housekeeper if our family who were travelling separately, to have rooms beside us and she was good to arrange this. Another problem was the lack of towels. I find it annoying when not enough towels are left in a room for the number of guests. Our grandson was sharing with us. Also although we were staying 3 nights only on the first night was there 2 bottles of 'free' water. Night 2 there was 1 bottle and 3rd night none! August 20, 2015
