Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great food, great stay Stayed here for the night and must stay it was a real treat. The reception was inviting and the staff very helpful. The room we stayed in was a suite and was very clean. The bed was soft but was comfortable. A nice bathroom with a power shower and bath. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short Stay Recently stayed at the hotel for my sister and her partners wedding. Everything went fabulous, the staff were polite and helpful. Only 1 little niggle though, most of the men in our party all had the same drawback in our bathrooms - the toilet seats would not stay up, but it didn't spoil our stay. Thank you. HOWEVER MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE GOT 5 STARS BUT FOR THE WI-FI COSTS MOST PLACES WILL OFFER FREE WI-FI SO @ AROUND £5 PER HOUR I THINK HOLIDAY INN ARE REALLY ROBBING CUSTOMERS. IF YOU HAD CHARGED ME AS A CUSTOMER & GUEST £5 PER DAY I WOULD HAVE EXCEPTED THAT, BUT PER HOUR ---------- YOUR TAKING ADVANTAGE, IF OTHERS CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU. The wardrobe had no doors and there was no full lenght mirror any where in this room. For the cost of this room I would have expected a lot better. April 20, 2013
