Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Outstanding Stay At The Holiday Inn In Niagara Falls, NY Have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls, NY since October, 1987 for my first ever Niagara University Alumni Weekend appearance. The Holiday Inn combines the perfect location for touring Niagara Falls, NY, along with a consistent level of very personalized service. Their Guest Experiences Team always takes the time to listen to my needs and sincerely value my Platinum IHG Rewards Club business. On this stay, Alexis checked me in with the utmost of care, warmth, and efficiency. Stayed in room 704, which is a 1 king bedded suite on the top floor of the hotel with a view of the Niagara Rapids. This well-maintained suite has a separate living and sleeping area, refrigerator, microwave, a sofa, a very comfortable bed, a rather large bathroom, and both carpet in the living area and a hard wood allergen proof floor in the rest of the suite. Keep in mind that new carpet will be installed in the hotel as part of a renovation project, along with a new 2 floor game room, along with a new Tony Roma's restaurant. But it is the service from Cheryl, the Housekeeper, to Victoria and Melissa in Guest Experiences that keeps me coming back. Their Peppertree Restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in Niagara Falls, NY with very innovative dining with items such a Little Dan's Big Pasta and Chicken Bryant, served by servers like Gina and Lori that add a great deal to the meals there! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An Outstanding Hotel In Every Departmental Area For this October 11th-12th stay, I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls, NY for Niagara University Alumni Weekend. Since 1987, I have had numerous outstanding hotel stays and dining experiences in their Peppertree Restaurant. Stayed in room 708, a King Leisure Room with a view of the Niagara Rapids. Melissa recognized me at the Front Desk as the IHG Rewards Club "Guest Of The Day" It truly means a great deal to be recognized for my Platinum IHG Rewards Club status. Cheryl is a most outstanding Housekeeper! She has worked with me at this hotel for many years now and knows my needs and requirements for a spotless and well-equipped room. Cheryl is a joy to work with! Victoria is outstanding as well in the Front Office. She has worked with me for a number of years now and always takes the time to listen to my needs and shows a genuine interest in my stays. Michelle, the Sales Coordinator, not only wished me a great stay when she left for the day, but cheered the Niagara University Purple Eagles Hockey team on with a game that night against Clarkson, in which the Clarkson team stayed at the hotel. The Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls, NY is an attractive and well-maintained property that will receive brand new carpets for my next stay on New Years' Eve! Also look forward to the new 2 floor game room, along with the Tony Roma's restaurant to come in 2015! Have always felt valued and welcome at the Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls, NY and always look forward to working with truly one of the finest hotel teams that I have ever worked with! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff were great! Early check in was available, That was wonderful as we had been on the road for hours. . We were also informed when we checked in that there were hockey teams staying at the hotel and if we didn't want to stay there we would not be charged for the room. They set us up in an quieter area of the hotel. The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly. . December 11, 2014
