We honeymooned there and this hotel was a last minute change and to know that as an IHG member, even booking at the last minute, I was treated as if I reserved prior. Thank you. November 17, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hello Managers. Can you help me? This is my second review and hopefully last. I have already written of my less than ok stay. The room was only half ready for sleeping. The worst part was the mold in the shower. The person who contacted me tried to tell me that the design on the wall paper only looked like mold. This person then tried to explain what the design looked like and I said mold. My apologies for interrupting. After more than my initial 10 attempts to contact the staff and resolve my unpleasant stay I was promised a refund of less than half the points charged for the room. I was unhappy with this agreement as it was less than half, but I wanted this matter resolved. I received two separate point credits, but less than promised. Since then I have left more than 8 messages including emails and this matter has still not been resolved. This is unacceptable customer service. The holiday inn there is either understaffed, apathetic, or other. Please refund my full points for this stay. This stay was June 15th, 2015. Thanks November 12, 2015

They were very helpful when organizing adventures and suggesting restaurants. Thank you Holiday Inn staff! I had a great vacation because of you. November 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff needs training, manager did make it right Checking in to this hotel was a problem b/c my name was not on the reservation and husband was not present. I correct this thankfully with a phone call, No help from staff. Emily was great! The following morning the manager did call and make it right and promised training for staff. THANK YOU! After checking in my notes were not followed so I was on the 4th floor and not close to a door. Please read notes. I was disappointed in the rooms. They need updating. They are very dark, need charging station, coffee pot is in an impossible place. Beds were comfortable and it's a great location to Niagara Falls. The swimming pool and lobby are up to date and nice. We did not eat at restaurant. Free parking and you can't beat the location you are within walking distance. October 31, 2015
