The hot tub did not work properly, something wrong with the jets.In our room the floor was peeling up in the middle. Housekeeping did not change our sheets for the second night. Iwas happy with all staff except housekeeping. I was in room 430 the view was nice of the canadian skyline.

We had a one night stay and found the staff to be most professional and helpful. At breakfast I requested to have my pastry heated and the Server did so quickly and with a smile! She kept a good supply of coffee at our table and without our asking.

Staff, especially at the resturant were more than excellent in service and very helpfull!
Excellent food...which surprised us as the Chef was top notch! Will return again..and reccomend a stay at this establishment...and definately do the resturant

hotel's location is great, close to falls. But the shower curtain in the room smelled which made the bathroom smell sour.

If you want to jump out of the hotel and see Niagara Falls, whether the American side or the Canadian side, stay here. My husband and I were visiting for our 25th Anniversary and had a great time. In a few minutes, we could be at the USA attractions or walking across the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. We stayed on the 7th floor in a very nice room.

We really were impressed with the property when we arrived - the hotel was nice, there was a nice restaurant on site and a bar to have a cocktail at night. However, we went back to our room and we received phone calls twice - one at midnight and one at 12:30am saying they had received complaints about noise coming from our room. We only had the TV on watching a movie on a very minimal volume. The walls in this hotel are super thin!!! We were not able to continue watching our movie in fear we'd be evicted from the hotel.

This motel has a great location for visiting Niagra falls.
However, the present condition of the motel, in my opinion, does not meet the standard I have experienced at other Holiday Inns, ie. we had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator door to open while both were on the main floor. After getting in the elevator it "shook" going up. It stopped at the 6th floor, but instead of going to the 7th floor it all at once went to the basement! Not a good experience!
Also, the coffee maker did not work properly. It did not make a cup of coffee after 15 minutes, again, not a good experience!

Had a great time touring Niagra Falls on both the US and Canadian sides. Enjoyed walking to the casino and had really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

As Long term loyal platimum member this is the worst Holiday Inn .
Children running halls, unsupervised with absent Hotel security
Generally very tired look etc..
No recognition as P club member. Possibly being close to the Seneca Casino assures instant returning customers therefore the standards I have come to depend upon have been relaxed.
It has been hard to write this since I exclusively stay when posssible within the HI group with little exception.

Excellent location. It is very close to the american falls. You can pretty much walk to the main attractions. There are good restaurant options near by and the rooms are clean, though a little old. But overall a good hotel to stay in. Good onsite parking.

I was a little leary based on some other guest reviews, but I have to say we had a wonderful time. Everything was great. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but unless you're looking for Indian Cuisine, or casion buffets, which were not so great, it's hard to find good places that aren't booked close by, so maybe you should give it a try! Nice big comfy rooms with great beds and linens. Pool area was large with lots of tables and chairs, a tv lounge area and game room in the same area.
The only thing I thought was strange was that there was a true concierge desk that could give you left and info other than the Gray Line tour. The falls are within walking distance and it's a really great location!

Being right across the street from Niagara Falls State Park was a bonus. The falls and most of the attractions were all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Big plus was the city trolley stop close by. Did not try the restaurant as we've never really had a decent meal at any Holiday Inn we've tried, so we shy away from eating at the hotel. The snack bar area in the lobby was a nice touch, coffee, snacks, and small meals available from early morning until evening...large cups of good coffee and a welcome from the small in room coffee pot.

It is an okay stay, beds are comfortable, very convenient and not bad dining place. The location doesn't look good. I would not walk around the area at night. I guess I won't stay at this hotel again if I ever go to Niagara Falls next time.
