Melissa and Victoria in Guest Services coordinated a most memorable stay for my birthday. The Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls, NY has valued my repeat business in numerous ways over the years from Guest of the Day recognition to breakfast and dinner vouchers for my brother and I. Have never stayed at a Holiday Inn property where each and every staff member truly appreciates my business! No matter how busy they are, they acknowledge me and always ask about my stay.
Their Peppertree Restaurant is always a highlight of my stays here working with servers like Steve and Kelly. Had a chicken pasta alfredo dish with vegetables for dinner on this stay at it was outstanding. And the ice cream sundae for my birthday was a real treat! The staff in the hotel even signed a birthday card!
Their Housekeeping staff led by Diane and Brenda always have my suite ready for an early check-in. Their suites are very roomy and have a door separating the living and sleeping areas and have a regular king size bed, along with a pull out sofa bed as well. There are two tvs, a refrigerator, microwave, brand new carpet, and a large bathroom with good counter space.
By mid summer, the Hotel will be fully renovated with a new Tony Roma's restaurant, a two floor video arcade, a new Priority Club Lounge, a newly refurbished atrium pool area, lobby, and much more!
Come see for yourself why the Holiday Inn Niagara Falls, NY is such a wonderful hotel with a caring staff, and very soon with some very significant renovations and enhancements, it will be even more appealing!

The lobby has recently been updated but the hotel rooms themselves need serious repair. I felt as if I was in a hotel built in the 1970s. No bottles of water in room for IHG Rewards Guests. Windows do not open. Only food options in area are Indian Cuisines - not a bad thing but just know before you go.

Do not expect too much from this hotel. Only great thing about this hotel is location. The staff and restaurant services are pretty poor. Also, the furnitures and overall look of the hotel is dated.
