I love coming here every year. I was a little disappointed as I left a gift for a friend there called the hotel when I called them they said they would call me back but no. I guess no one cared. Little disappointed. I only spent like $10 for a wooden cat and a pendent for a neckles. But I guess someone threw out or took. But no one called me back.

This is our second time here and we look forward to coming again. Clean, quiet and friendly. The location is perfect. It is a nice walk to the falls. Breakfast is ample. The front desk staff are really helpful.

We were in a great location - close to the Casino and the Skylon tower. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The pool was warm and inviting, as was the whirlpool. It was very quiet during our stay. The meals were great at your restaurant. We would definitely return next time we're in Niagara Falls.

If you are looking for an affordable and great hotel near the falls, do not look further. My husband stayed over there for 2 nights and everything had been great. The falls and many touristic attraction are by a short walk distance. The hotel is comfortable with and amazing staff. Furthermore they offer free parking.
We recommend this hotel 100 % and we will stay there on our next trip to Niagara Falls.

I have stayed at other holiday in locations where they offer continental breakfasts. I am surprised that this location does not considering that your trying to compete against all the other hotels around. The restaurant attached to the hotel is not up to par. The buffet is served early and the food is never changed until noon when they toss it. My family thought we would do the buffet because the price was the same as a meal off the menu. I personally will not be staying at this location again.
I would recommend it to friends but only for the location.
Also if there is a big event in town you should have it posted on your web site. The red bull skating compition was on and the party went till 4 am. I have little kids that were scared to death because of the parties and screaming that were going on.

Great hotel, conveniently located and walking distance to all attractions. The room was nice with comfortable beds, flat screen TV. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

Hotel is average for the Holiday Inn chain. As a platinum member I was not even recognized or acknowledged. Not surprised because I expect the hotel is fully booked most of the time and loyalty in not necessary to fill the rooms. Location is excellent!!! Staff were friendly. Room needed a little TLC to meet the standards I have come to expect with Holiday Inn.

I stayed at the Holida Inn Niagara Falls for two nights in a row and was treated to a complimentary upgrade to a jacuzzi room which was incredible. Of all weekends to experience this upgrade it could have not come at a better time for me to enjoy this.
Second, I left some camera items behind which were found by the staff and to my relief are being held for my future return.
The staff is familiar to me from previous stays and are a great group of people. A new young lady checked me in at the desk and she was as friendly and helpful as the rest of the staff I have come to know over the last couple years. The hotel may not be the newest or biggest hotel in the area but the service and friendly comfortable atmosphere cannot be beat and I always look forward to friendly staff along with great clean rooms. Well done guys and gals, Thank you for one of my best Hotel stays in a few years.
One comment I do wish to make. The restaurant is great but one negative comment I have is there were no Eggs Benedict offered on the Breakfast Buffet. Not sure if they might have been out or no longer available but this was a very good item for breakfast that I do wish to see back.

my wife and I had great time at the falls! the room was very clean. The staff was great. The only minor issue I might had was that the rug was bit worn and need to be replace but it was clean.

As a loyal Holiday Inn Customer, I found my reaction to this hotel lukewarm.
The property location is close to all the attractions and cannot be beat--that's why I chose it for my anniversary celebration.
Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with how staff chose to deal with challenges or even a simple inquiry of directions. Even upon check-in, my inquiries were met with an aloofness I certainly wouldn't tolerate from my own staff. If I did, I'd be out of business.
When we ordered a feature film, there was some type of equipment malfunction which caused us to lose about forty-five minutes of the film (the screen and audio stopped working on that channel...all other channels were fine#. After calling the front desk about the issue, the ladies didn't know what we were talking about so we just let the movie finish thinking we could just watch it again #as with other properties we've experienced), but the system wouldn't allow us to. Upon further inquiry with the Front Desk, they stated they'd just switched to a new service and they weren't sure why we weren't allowed to watch it again nor could they explain why that select channel just blacked out. I appreciated the honesty, but it didn't assist us in getting what we paid for.
On the upside, Housekeeping was wonderful in cleaning our room around our crazy schedule. Their response time when I requested extra towels was the FASTEST I've ever experienced in all my years of being a Platinum Member. Ever. They even continued to leave extra towels & toiletries without my needing to request them again. Housekeeping alone is what bumped my review of service at this hotel up to "Good".
I recommend this property for location only. With hope, the customer service level can be corrected.

We have stayed here many many times and we always have a very pleasant time. Everyone is very polite and will help you in any way you need it. I can hardly wait to come back again. The staff was great, the room was clean and the food was delicious. What can I say but I love it. The location couldn't be better for walking here and there. We will come back when we can. Thank you.

hotel is nice but whirlpool overflowing & brought to staff attention, nothing was done, no explanation. plus when ready to check out there was discrepancy on rate quoted originally when I booked the hotel then I have to make some phone call before rate was corrected, when got corrected ,I received a call confirming the correction. but when at the check out rate discrepancy came up again-there was no proper communication among your staffs. that was a big disappointment.

In general my stay was very good. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful.
The Hotel is only 5 minutes from the Water front & 10 mins from the Horseshoe Falls, the only drawback was the steep hill to push my toddlers buggy back up, but then it's easy going down.
It's very central for all amenities and entertainment.
Only issue I had was the tour buses reversing beeping early in the morning right outside our window. They arrive too early or I was just unlucky for the two nights I was there.
My room was generally well maintained, the only issue was the window allowed drafts through, but the heavy curtains blocked most of these.
The balcony is a bit dangerous if you have young children as the barrier has a gap at the bottom. Design problem not a fault.
I never sampled the food so can't comment.

Good location but walking back up the hill was a little tough. Not as young as were used to be!!!! This hotel didn't charge for parking as a lot of hotels do. We drove down to the Falls the second time. Parking is limited and almost always $15.00. They have a restaurant on site which at first, we thought was a little pricy. But then we went to a couple other places and they were a lot higher so we at at the on site restaurant for dinner one night and breakfast both mornings we were there.

We do a getaway to Niagara Falls, Ontario once a year. We have been staying at this Holiday Inn for at least 10 years. We found out about the great package deals they offer about five years ago and have been taking advantage ever since. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the food and slow service in the Coco's Restaurant. Breakfast has improved, but the dinner meal that is offered with the package is below average. The prime rib my husband had was fatty and full of grissle. I had a flat bread pizza which was average. There is no salad offered with dinner. The dinner at the Skylon Tower is excellent.

Location better than expected. Down hill you are at the falls in less than 5 minutes and across the street you have a great mall and casino! Purchased meal plan which included meal at the Skylon Tower and ride up, dinner at hotel and breakfast. Parking was included also. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

The room and showers were not very clean. Various items in the room falling apart. Placed next to a bunch of partying guys so it was quite noisy. The best thing about this hotel was the smell of the roasting lamb out on Coco's patio, but then again the menu prices reflected that.

Very close to the Canadian and American Falls. The Canadian side is the place to go for Niagara Falls. Holiday has a central location with very convenient parking at no cost. Very casual atmosphere in the lobby/lounge area. Close to all major attractions, they are within walking distance. Near Skylon Towers, Imax, and many nice restaurants. However, do not expect a view of the Falls from your room.
