We stay at this hotel as my Daughter lives in Nice. This time we travelled with our 2 small dogs and the Hotel accommodated us very well, making us welcome. The room was ideal with a balcony being on the second floor.
We had breakfast in our room served by Christalle who was extremely helpful.
The Hotel is ideally situated near to the beach and it is lovely to walk along the promenade where there are many little bars and restaurants.

Nous avions demandé une chambre au 5ème, mais avons été logés au 4ème. Chambre toutefois très agréable et propre; vaste. Petite terrasse très appréciable, surtout en cas de soleil. Choisir une chambre côté mer.
Gros problème d'insonorisation (bruits de tuyauterie très importants, même le soir tard)
j'avais demandé une intervention au service technique pour la douche... après 24 heures, absolument rien ne s'est passé, hélas. Ai dû refaire la demande le lendemain, de manière trèèèès insistante pour qu'enfin quelque chose soit fait pour régler le problème.
Personnel au petit déjeuner très aimable et efficace; très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner complet; large choix.
De manière générale, malgré les petits loupés, excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

This hotel has been selected by my company as one of the recommended hotels in the area, mainly due to proximity to the office headquarters.
I do like the location (on the beach and near the airport). However, there is no convenient parking. Unnecessarily complex to get to and relatively far if you have to haul your luggage. Your alternative is to park across the hotel in one of the public (and paying) parking spaces. Not really an option unless you are willing to go out every couple hours to insert coins.
Service at the hotel is an issue. Long wait time on the phone to reach the restaurant to order room service. They always have a good excuse; technical issue with the phone (not my problem) or a seminar just ended and we're very busy (not my problem either). This said, the staff who actually brings me the meals are extremely friendly and helpful. Invoice often incorrect; make sure you check it before you let them charge your credit card.

My son and I spent a great value weekend in Nice. The airport shuttle arrived quickly. All the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. Our room was upgraded. The room was very comfortable with turndown chocolates and a complimentery bottle of wine. The bathroom toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We spent time in the beach which was a 2 minutes walk away through the hotel gardens. We were given a late check out to fit our flights. The only thing missing was a pool.

Pretty good as compared to most other Holiday Inns. Food is at least as good as you would hope in the South of France.
Note: Free Shuttle does not run after 23:00 so if you have a late flight, be sure to tell the taxi (who won't want to take you as it is such a short ride).

The hotel was modern, clean and the service was great.
Location was perfect for air travel. Perfect hotel for a business trip.
