Starting with check in, Ashley was quick, informative and sweet. John was friendly and funny. Housekeeping did a great job, rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel in general was spot on very clean and inviting, thank you Ryan! Checkout was quick and friendly, Evonn was very professional and knows her IHG material well. Kudos to management, Mike and Jake very nice guys! I will certainly be staying here again in the future. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome and respected. One thing though, I enjoyed the ducks in the pond and noticed when i left they were gone, I hope to see them on my return visit.

The only criticism I have was with breakfast, the only meal I ate at the hotel. I usually get cereal, bagel, coffee and juice. There was only three choices of cereal and no choice of anything other than regular milk.
The cereal choices were fruit loops, honey cheerios and raisin bran. No corn flakes, special K, or regular cheerios, all very common cereals. Many people cannot drink milk and would prefer 2%, non fat or silk milks. These are always available in other hotels at which I stay. I think you should consider making them available here. I had to eat dry cereal.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JimCher Best Spot to Stay in North Adams
The Holiday Inn brand can sometimes be thought of as old, it is clear they are paying attention to what the leisure traveler wants with their upgrades over the past few years.
You can't beat the downtown location and view of the mountains for this hotel..
Definitely our go to location whenever we stay in North Adams visiting friends; but as well, a great destination spot to visit the bucolic charm of an older Berkshires New England City that is becoming known for Mass MOCA's unique art installations.
The ride through the Mohawk Trail to North Adams is worth the breathtaking views as you approach the City at the Hairpin turn. And a day trip up to the summit of Mt. Greylock truly gives you appreciation for Mother Nature at it's best.
Enjoy you stay as the staff at this hotel take care to see that you do..

Christina in the bar/dinning room stood out. She was funny, lively, attentive, and more than you'd expect walking into an empty dinning room/bar. The food was wonderful. We even left another "hot spot" to return to our restaurant/bar because of the food and company.
Ryan who was in charge of the pool/hot tub was wonderful. He allowed us to stay later to enjoy the facilities since we worked til late. Totally accomodating!
Would stay there again when traveling for business in the area.

A nice, quiet place to stay. It was clean and the food was decent. Would like to have CC on the television. Liked to be able to use the fitness room.
