Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by stayed in nlr the hotel staff wasnt very friendly, i checked in guy was a mummy, went to room, didnt know you had to flip a light switch to get internet desk to work, stay was fine no mention of me being a member of ihg abc of def, booked the 5000 points plus breakfest, next morn asked if the breakfest was open guy said you have to pay, so i reminded him what i booked, he said o then gave me a ticket i threw away and left July 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay The staff was very nice and accommodating. We asked for additional coffee and towels and they were brought to us.within 30 minutes. The air conditioner in the room had been turned on and the room was nice. The outdoor pool was nice and clean. The food in the restaurant for breakfast was okay...not really worth the amount that was charged. July 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worth the stay in Little Rock Was booked for a week in another hotel and when we arrived in Little Rock we found it closed for reno. Our booking agent moved us to the Holiday Inn and we couldn't have been happier. The front desk staff were great getting us checked in and making us feel welcome. They took away the stress from a very stressful day. The hotel is a little old but kept in great condition. The public areas are kept immaculate and the rooms are even better. The furnishings were good and the bed was really comfortable. Housekeeping is wonderful. Our room was done each day and they made sure we had everything we needed and you never even noticed the cleaning staff around. They did a fantastic job. We found it to be a short drive to the downtown area where we were attending a convention and they also had a shuttle if you wanted to use it. The only negatives that we could mention would be that the hotel restaurant could do better with the serving staff - they are a bit unattentive and also the pool is nice, but the steps getting into it could be improved upon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good place to stay in Little Rock. July 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Friendly Staff I was passing through North Little Rock with my daughter. It was important to me to find a reasonably priced hotel, that felt safe, was clean, had friendly staff, and offered free parking, breakfast, and a coffee maker. This hotel was able to meet all of my expectations. I would reccomend it to someone looking for the same qualities in a hotel stay that I was. July 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Freshest Smelling Room I've Stayed In We spent the night and upon arrival in our room, the AC was on and it was nice and cool and the room was absolutely fresh smelling. The white bedspreads were spotless and the pillows were perfect. The shower had wonderful pressure and everything was neat, clean and proper. If I need to stay in the Little Rock area, this is a great hotel. Skip the restaurant for breakfast though. IT was horrible and took 35 minutes to get scrambled eggs, & they only had two menu items for breakfast! July 4, 2014
