Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenience in a comfortable, welcoming package Coming to North Vancouver for a memorial service, family visit, and some business, I was looking for a comfortable place for my son and I to stay that would not be overly expensive. It was my good fortune to select the Holiday Inn for our 5-day stay. The hotel is clean, tidy, and fully functional - nothing failed to work in my room. Every employee we encountered was friendly, cheerful, helpful and professional. There is a restaurant and a lounge in the hotel itself, and a pub (with liquor store) immediately outside one of the lobby doors - great food, beverages, and service in each of them. Our room was very comfortable - the bed was better than my own at home - and fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. I had to think very hard to come up with something that wasn't perfect; the wireless internet sometimes seemed slow. That said, though, it never failed. January 30, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel The Holiday Inn in North Vancouver was a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable and served it's purpose. My only real complaint was lunch in the Pantry. Service was slow and the food was just ok. We only stayed one night so my opinion is based on limited experience. January 26, 2016

Rooms are std fare but always clean and fresh. HVAC in room was efficient. Little outside room noise noticed. Great Lounge - "Churchills" Pantry Restaurant - OK, and Pub on site. January 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel My kids live in Vancouver but I don't. So when I can visit them I always get a room at the North Vancouver location. The kids love the pool and the different restaurants that are available. We also always end up getting an in room movie at night, usually a movie that is still in the theatres. January 18, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old property The hotel is feeling old and hasn't seen any rework since it was built in 2000. the rooms feel old, the lighting is not sufficient and the bathroom looks cheap and old. The pool is very small and doesn't look inviting. The location of the hotel is not inviting and the surroundings don't feel save. The internet is working fine. January 16, 2016
