From the entrance to the Hotel to the greetings of the Front Desk staff, we felt right at home. Our room was exceptionally clean and quiet with all the amenities. The Churchill Lounge and bartender, Fritz added a great flair! Very festive for the Holidays and made us feel really good ;o))) December 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great beds, and housekeeping staff. This is our third time at this hotel, so it must be good. We will more than likely go again. It is normally very satisfactory. It was surprising and disappointing that they did not call our room to warn us that our hire car had been damaged. It was our last day, and it could have had serious missing our flight had we not had reason to go our early that morning. The first time we feel they failed us, but no doubt they learned from their mistake. December 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service for Weary Grandparents! Everything about our stay at this hotel was a 5 star rating. From our initial phone call regarding prices to the check out the next day far exceeded our expectations! Our "trainee" upon check in made sure everything ran smoothly and was so personable. He took the time to explain the rewards program to us, which I might add, we signed up for immediately. Our beds were so very comfortable making our much needed sleep that evening a 10 out of 10 rating....we were sorry to leave, but we will be back! December 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Staff Everything was fantastic. One thing that stood out for me was the restaurant. I had a meeting on Friday and woke up a little late, as such I was looking for a quick breakfast. Luckily they weren't too busy, they took me at 9 and had me out of there at 9:15 after a full 2 egg, bacon, hashbrown breakfast that was delicious. I couldn't believe they did it! It was fantastic and they were incredibly nice and courteous the whole time! December 15, 2014
