Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel Was in rooom 34, had a bit of noise from doors early in the night, other than that it was quiet. Room was very clean and comfy and good size for family of 4. Choice of pillow was a bonus. Bathroom is a nice size, was clean but does need a refurb to 21st century. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, but understaffed-had to wait for long for a table to be cleared and set, refills-milk for cereals etc. Coffee machine was dead, whilst others were offered tea/coffee from kitchen, we were not. Wifi was horrible. August 27, 2014

IHG please upgrade the rooms, you have a great team working here, reception, bar, resturaunt, Chef all excellent. Fallon, you are a credit to IHG, and I wish you well in your studies. The room was booked using Reward Points and I managed to obtain an Executive Suite for my points. The room was large and was very comfortable meeting my families needs for our stay. August 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed Poor Wifi Fine to use for business. Wifi was very poor, also difficult to login. Service in the restaurant was a bit unorganised. Bathroom was dated, took a bit of looking to find the flush for the toilet, which was next to the shower controls and the toilet paper was under the sink? August 12, 2014

Would not work so had to leave earlyto find a place that did and ccomplete my work from the previous day. made worst by staff staying its reported everyday but management will not dort as it costs money! !!!!
