Another Kew Green managed hotel that is a disaster area.
Arrived mid afternoon to find detriment from room service all down the corridors. Not been cleaned from previous night/breakfast.
Internet absolutely hopeless, had many problems trying to connect when I did it was so slow as to be useless, like 1990s dial up speed. In the evening it stopped working altogether.
Ordered a news paper and reminded them 3 times. Not there in the morning with the usual smokescreen excuses from the staff.
The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is that the bar staff (Spanish?) were fairly quick and efficient.

The furniture and room fittings are very very worn and outdated therefore needs upgrading please.

1.- no one at recption for 10-15 minutes.
2.- no regonsation of my platinum ambassador status.
no upgrade inspite of booking room weeks in advance.
