I have been asked to switch to IHG for work purposes, I will be having a meeting with those responsible to review this request urgently. I needed to use room service on both nights that I was at the hotel, I can only say that it was warm, and a blend of protein and carbohydrate. The fact that the internet speed precluded my being able to work as it was archaically slow, meant that I regretted my decision to eat in and carry on working. I knew that I was to busy, which is why I booked a suite, so it felt less like a hotel and more comfortable. The room lacked any pictures/art, and thus any personality, and it's drabness added to the despair that it exuded from every stained inch. I have a night booked at another of the IHG properties, If it as bad, we won't be using them again. October 19, 2014

The check in was very slow, the wifi speed was almost non existant, the food was pretty average and the checkout was a total nightmare with the staff saying they couldn't print a VAT receipt with my business address! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not great Not a great example of a Holiday Inn. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, it was very noisy until early morning. The bar area was cramped and the service was pretty awful. The food was a little expensive, nothing amazing but perfectly OK. October 9, 2014
