Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good business Stayed here for a business course because it was too far away to commute. The hotel and rooms were very clean, rooms were quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms are good and get the job done. If your are staying here for business, I highly recommend this hotel. Only downside was the refrigerator in the room... Be sure to check the temperature setting on the back and make sure it is not on maximum temperature. AC and heat in room worked great, but kinda noisy; just turn off during the night. May 3, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Over Charged After my stay I checked my credit card statement to make sure that my bill was accurate. I was extremely frustrated to find that the hotel had charged my card the correct amount as well as an additional $320 on a separate charge. When I called and tried to explain the situation to staff no one listened to what I was trying to tell them. I was bounced around for over an hour to 3 different employees and was assured that the charge would be reversed that day. It has been over a week and no change. I have initiated a fraudulent charge claim with my bank. I am extremely disappointed with how poorly the staff is trained to handle these situations and how they lied when assuring me that the charge would be taken care of that day. I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn for the rest of my life and will do my best to discourage anyone else from doing so. April 21, 2015
