Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost All Good!!!!!!! The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly. There was one little problem. We knew that we would come back to the hotel late from Foxwoods. So we filled out a room service card so we could have breakfast come to our room. So we filled out the card a left it on the door. I asked the front desk if we should bring the card down considerating it was around midnight. He assured me that he makes his rounds later on and we could leave the card on our door. We filled out the card and left it on the door. The next morning, around 10:15am I went to see if our breakfast was there. The card was still on the door, nobody came to collect. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Myself and my wife hurried downstairs for breakfast because they close at 11am. We enjoyed our stay and we will return. Next time I will actually hand the card to the front desk. January 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly,clean, Stayed for my son's wedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Reservation dates were not correct when we arrived and they adjusted with no propblem. Rooms were spacious, updated and very clean. Wasnt expecting too much of the pool but it was very nice!!-Large,clean , warm, enjoyable , lovely towels and seating.On arrival, outside was kind of dark and univiting especially considering it was Christmas time- no outside holiday lights. The lobby was okay but a little stark for the season. Very friendly staff from the desk to housekeeping. Enjoyed our stay and hotel was better than I expected.Kids breakfast was free...(only ate breakfast other than our wedding the night before) ..food and service was good. Unless looking for an especially upscale luxury vacation,Id recommend to anyone visiting the area. December 26, 2014
