I have no problem with this as its so much better than staying on a offshore platform.How ever I would not chose to stay here on these rates! as i do not think its value for money.Hotel is very tired decor needs up grading,mens gym changing room terrible(especialy if you had young ones and want to dress them in private) No carverey which for a number of us is ideal when we need a meal any time when arriving back in evening and the choice of veg! WiFi is hopeless as well been going on for years now. Staff are the best around ,willing to help and all friendly. April 16, 2013

When we arrived the receptionist was not very welcoming and did not acknowledge us at first .. the room allocated was a converted broom cuboard , as I was using my priorty points to stay we thought this was why, However, on complaining to a different receptionist the effort to change the room as fantastic and she could not apologise enough, was put in a suite and ended in having a great night. thanks December 8, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by OK - but only just Second visit in just over a week. Different room but just as dated as the previous visit. Bed large but not very comfortable. Biggest shock was when having a nap in the afternoon of arrival only to find someone entering the room through the inter-connecting door!! Pretty poor security weakness - we could have lost possessions had we been out and a different kind of guest entered. The hotel staff should ensure inter-connecting doors are locked when not in use, not rely on guests to do this. There was a wedding on that day so the entrance lobby and bar were very congested in the evening. Breakfast was plentiful but suffered from standing for too long. October 25, 2012
