Clean,quiet,welcoming and helpful.Breakfast a bit dried out - but we were last to get to it due to oversleeping !!

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable,the meals we had were good quality and hot where that was required How ever some parts of the hotel is in need of refurbishment

Comfortable room but would have expected more toiletries in the bathroom for the cost of the room. Upgraded internet access was good. Service and food in restaurant was ok although the drinks orders did take a while to arrive.

Arrived late ..... Internet vouchers for free wifi wasn't explained so click on wrong button and got charged ! When it was free. Beds where hard but staff got toppers for us. Shower had no curtain again staff sorted same day.
Food was poor ..... Microwaved food.
Parking was great.
Location for us great.
Staff very helpful and polite.

Having booked and paid for our double room a month in advance, when we arrived to book in, we were told that we had been moved to a twin room, with the explanation that they were full but no reason why we had been moved,
Being very tired at the time of check in we did not have the fight to argue at that point ,
On check out we asked why we had been moved , only to be told that yes she could see that the booking had been altered and could not understand why, so again no explanation why,
We got the feeling that as a customer the Holiday Inn alter your booking to suit their own needs,
So would we rebook, no, as you cannot guarantee you will get what you have paid for
