Stayed multiple times and the staff are friendly and attentive as always.
However the quality of ingredients used for breakfast are substandard and best avoided. It would be nice if there was more choice at breakfast.
The outside building is in dire need of cleaning and upkeep.

i have stayed here every three weeks for 6 months, and yet unless one particular receptionist checks me in I am made to feel like a complete stranger. As I need to stay somewhere in Norwich regularly I was looking forward to feeling at home after a few visits, however the whole reception experience is bland and uninviting. The rooms are fine, and the food is ok except that I would really prefer to eat in my room but the £4 tray charge makes it too expensive for my meal allowance.
What has finally made me look elsewhere was breakfast last Wednesday.There was a coach trip of senior citizens having a lovely time, but there were no extra staff, everything ran out, no coffee served, people were constantly asking for tomatoes, butter, bread. Up to this point breakfast had been the highlight of my stays but not this time. I have enjoyed getting to be a gold member of IHG but the points cannot be more important than the quality of my stay.

All the staff were very helpful, friendly and approachable. The food was very good, although a wider menu choice would be nice. The room was tidy and clean. Bit noisy, kids running round, and a party by the bar in the evening was also noisy but you can't help either of those.
