Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good experience My daughter & I stayed 4 nights whilst Husband/Father had spinal surgery at QMC hospital Our twin room was great two double beds, Daughter appreciated the gym, Eatons restaurant were exceptional daughter has a food allergy & there were very helpful as were staff at breakfast in supply soya milk. The room was hot even with heating turned off but better than being cold, only down point was lighting in bedroom for putting on makeup & doing hair. I would stay here again plenty of disabled parking and parking in general, January 24, 2015

However very poor welcome on arrival.Didnt know about my late check out,told me I was wrong,Then failed to mention the access code for the car park and didn't apologise.Totally unacceptable. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not great I am a very loyal IHG member, and I was willing to give this hotel a second chance, but the same problems are there. My IHG status was not acknowledged (again!!), the reception staff act disinterested, and are often not actually there. The "executive" room had dirty capets and bedding, it was really depressing. The one plus were the staff in the restaurant for breakfast, they were very polite and the food was good. Maybe they should run this hotel. Trust me I'm not a reviewer who moans, as I love IHG hotels, but this one is awful. Truly awful. My checkout was amazing. No thank you for choosing us, and didn't ask how my stay was. TERRIBLE customer service. Never again January 10, 2015
