Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First class hotel in every respect This hotel is centrally located, close to the train station and clean, well furnished and is staffed by people with a "can do" attitude. They not only could do but were anxious to be helpful and hospitable. The Internet was not only free, but it worked perfectly. I will visit this hotel again and would recommend it to others. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff As an employee of PUMA, I have been traveling frequently to Nurnberg over the last 7 years - It is always my preference to stay at the Holiday Inn Nurnberg. I have never had a bad experience - while the staff has changed over the years, the quality of their service has not - each one is polite and helpful. While all team members are good - I would like to call out for praise the women who work in the breakfast room. They go out of their way to deliver excellent service and Always with a smile. Also Michael and his bar staff are excellent - always friendly and accommodating. The rooms and the overall property is also kept very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. May 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Angenehmer Aufenthalt Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen (nur wenige Gehminuten zur Einkaufsstraße und nur etwas weiter bis in die Altstadt). Dennoch ist es schön ruhig um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu genießen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten genügend Platz. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. April 23, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, not PCR friendly Great location in city centre, lots of things to do within walking distance from the hotel, restaurants, shopping. Secure parking garage. Hotel itself is decent, quite large, restaurant in the morning very busy and a bit too hectic. What I did notice on the negative side having stayed this property twice within the last 12 months, they do not care for platinum PCR members. On both occasions, no welcome as PCR member, no room updrade, no voucher for a free drink at the bar or something along these lines. Not that had a bad room, it was o.K., but a token of appreciation for platin members would have been nice. March 19, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by schade.... Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Zentrum und verfügt über sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Auch der allgemeine Gastbereich ist wirklich ansprechend. Leider ist das Personal an der Rezeption weit von dem Zimmerstandard entfernt. Zum wiederholten Male habe ich die Damen an der Rezeption für sehr überheblich ( oder besser : arrogant ) empfunden. Als Gast habe ich hier immer wieder das Gefühl gehabt, die "Damen" zu stören... Wirklich schade, da ich das Hotel ansonsten positiv bewerte. March 5, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Location gets the nod With this Hotel it is the location that cannot be beaten. Right inside the old city cnter by one of the corners of the old wall. Everything on walking distance. Rooms are standard, without any eye popper. The bar is expensive , so go to the pub around the corner. Staff know their job, are friendly and efficient, as you would expect. Overall a good Hotel and recommendable. February 25, 2013
