I myself spend more than 200 nights a year in IHG hotels worldwide. You can see how imperative it is for my staff and me to be comfortable everywhere we go. I have been a devoted customer of the InterContinental Hotel Group for quite some time. The staff is exceptionally amiable and attentive. The experience of staying at this hotel has been immensely enjoyable. There are certain staff members who you always remember because of their amazing personality and customer service skills. I would like to specifically exemplify James the General Manager. James has been the absolute illustration of what an excellent customer service experience should be like. From his pleasant disposition, to his “can do attitude”, James has made my stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. He's is a superb representative of this hotel, the entire staff and the IHG group. I would like to genuinely thank James for he's dedication, demeanor, and for exclusively ensuring my stay at this Hotel is nothing short of exceptional. It is because of staff members such as James, customers such as I continue to do remain devoted customers.
