We use the hotel several times a year when we go to visit family in the area. There is a gentleman at the front desk (do not know his name) who is exceptional. He remember names and faces which is fantastic. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the room is ready and that everything meets our expectations.

I had been staying here 3 out of the 4 visits to Oakville. 2 things I look for is Courteous Staff and Room Cleanliness and this hotel as not disappointed me so far. Their breakfast is good too.

All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. The fact that this location had a fitness room was a benefit to me. It was very nice having the small refrigerator in my room, in which I could keep my fruit and snacks, I really appreciated this.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The mini fridge was noisy, the heater was noisy, the highway traffic was noisy and there was a loud hum in the hallway. I unplugged the empty fridge, turned off the heater and froze and put pillows over my head to try to block out the other noises. Even with that I got only 3 hours of sleep and had an 11 hour long meeting the next day. I was exhausted. I slept well the next night due to my extreme fatigue but still had to keep the heater off due to the loud bang it made everytime it kicked in. Also when I booked on line it included a full breakfast but I only received continental breakfast vouchers. I only realized after I had eaten. For that I got my snacks from the snack bar reimbursed. Too bad room service is only til 10:00 p.m. The staff was friendly.

Loved the heat lamp in the bathroom. Good service. Soundproof rooms. Clean. Great location - a cab ride from the downtown core.

I have stayed in many different Holiday Day Inn chains and this is by far one of the top ones. Very clean, easy to access from the QEW and GoTransit services and helpful/ friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and up to date with a modern style decor. Definatly did not want to have to leave after only one night!

Manager Larry, (not sure of his last name) was extremely helpful with me and my college from Scotland. I have stayed in your hotel in the past while visiting our local facility in Oakville and have had similar experiences which indicates to me good training, good management.
