Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly. Our first room was nice, but the heater fan was noisy. When my husband went down to the front desk to notify them, we were immediately upgraded to a room on the 6th floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The girl at the front desk told my husband that she was calling servicing right away to have the fan fixed in the first room. Our room on the 6th floor had a huge king bed that was very comfortable. The room was nice and we enjoyed our stay, The only drawback was that there was no free continental breakfast at this location. Other Holiday Inns that we've stayed at, have the continental breakfasts.

We were very pleased upon our arrival to find oueselves upgraded to the Executive floor with a King-sized bed.
As always the Breakfast Buffet was great; the plentiful selections serving all our needs and wants. As well, items off the menu were well served Hot and delicious.
The Box Lunches which we requested and received prior to departing were delicious, serving us well as our lunch on the train back to Montreal.
May I extend a BRAVO and many thanks to the staff for their courtesy and service during our visit.

I stayed at this hotel this week. When I made the reservations I asked for an upgrade since I was bringing my wife on business this time. I am a priority gold member and upon check in I could not upgrade and I was stuck in a room with 2 double beds. Upon entering the non-smoking room it smelled of cigarettes. I asked twice if there was a room with a king size bed available and no was the answer, so my wife and I slept in separate beds.
There also was no Microwave in our room, I had to call to get one delivered, and this I was told was based on availability.
PLUS I asked for breakfast vouchers and I was told the GE rate did not get breakfast, however I had a copy of the Holiday Inn web page that said the corporate rate included breakfast. We did get the vouchers but something was wrong with the business agreements. If did not have a copy of the hotel reservation confirmation, I would of not had the breakfast vouchers.
I had a fellow engineer stay in a room across the hall, he had no hot water in his shower, he had to contact the front desk twice before someone came to verify indeed he did not have any hot water, then his room was moved.
We were so disappointed that my wife and I checked out early were billed for the nights stay and we drove home in the evening.
My next business trip to Toronto I will not stay here for sure. I'll find a competitor close to my business needs and stay there.
I can not recommend this hotel at all.
HOWEVER the staff was very nice and cordial. Nothing against them at all.

I stayed from the 28th January through the 2nd February, this was my second visit in the last 2 months. the hotel was warm, clean and comfortable, but more than that the staff were welcoming, happy and a pleasure, nothing to much problem, and a cheery greeting every evening was more than welcome.
Will stay here again.

Just off the exit, easy to find. Very convenient to the Rail Station, which I used to access downtown Toronto. Staff was friendly, but they failed to inform me of the hospitality welcome, which I later stumbled on. Acknowledged my club status and upgraded to nice suite. Furnishing are modern and recently updated. Everything went smoothly and I will definitely stay here on my next trip to this area.

The stay was good; the room was a bit small for 4 people. It was rather cramped. Didn't take part in any food or drink. The ice machine was broken on our floor - so not great. Overall it was okay except for housekeeping that woke us up at 8:30 am on our checkout day - who housekeeps BEFORE someone checks out? And when I mentioned it to the staff at reception, he made it out to be our fault. So, ho hum. I will go again; but with more caution!

What a great place to stay if you are on the road. Staff always friendly, welcoming, and real good people. Rooms are excellent, quiet and roomy. Food in restaurant is real good and that helps as the hotel is not right in an area of restaurants. Danielle is fantastic, events amanger, she really made us feel welcome and nice to see such a dedicated employee. Special thanks to her.
