Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A terrible night as hotel hosts hockey tournament Always bad when I check into a hotel hosting a hockey tournament but this was the worst ever. Took over an hour to check in after two attempts as the front desk could not manage the crowd and didn't have a separate line for business travellers. Then I listened to 400 hyper kids outside my room in the halls and holidome until quiet time. I should have given up and found a different hotel when I couldn't even check in. A terrible experience for a frequent business guest to this property. This is no longer my preferred hotel. April 10, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by My first visit was the best, but it's been downhill ever since My first visit here, I raved about how it was the quietest hotel room I had ever stayed in. Alas, that seems to be because I was on an upper floor and there was not an ill-behaved youth sports league staying there. However, this last time (with special emphasis on "last time"), I was not so lucky. I was relegated to a 2nd-floor room that was beat down, with a noisy HVAC unit and completely surrounded by a youth sports league, comprised of individuals who might have been raised in a zoo, and who have never met a door they couldn't slam several times each for hours at a time. I asked to be moved to a different room and was told the hotel was full, which seems unlikely to me given the amount of available spaces in the parking lot, but that's what I was told. At least this time the Wi-Fi wasn't slow as molasses. But it's time to check out other local options. April 6, 2015
