THE PILLOWS WERE TO SOFT.
THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY GOOD AND ACCOMIDATING.
WILL RETURN AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN OCALA

Warm greeting upon arrival.. super clean room and extra comfortable matresses and pillows..friendly staff..great restaurant on premises.. late check out and a friendly ," Hope you enjoyed your stay" when we left. Always stay here when in Ocala.

We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express/Express and Suites often in many different parts of the US; this one was unique as to decor and on-site dining.

We ate at the Sky Asian restaurant, what a great surprise. For whatever reason a restaurant of this quality was not expected at a Holiday Inn. We will most definitely return on our next trip to Ocala.

Nice hotel, do not expect service in restaurant. Very understaffed for this time of year. After waiting 25 minutes we left and went down the street for breakfast. When we returned I spoke with the food service manager about getting help for his staff and made a written request. This is such a nice hotel to stay otherwise it was great. My daughter spilled water on the bed and the evening housekeeping staff was spot on in getting us new linens. The hotel smelled good and you could tell the front desk staff was engaged when you spoke to them. Just a shame that the restaurant was not up to the same standards as the rest of the hotel.
