Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice accommodations My family spent 4 days at Holiday Inn, Ocean City, MD and had a really good time. Overall, the hotel was pretty clean which is most important to me along with a good view. The layout of the oceanfront suite and location were perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. August 30, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lacking in Service The hotel was nice. I booked through IHG and was mistakenly given a handicapped suite with no ocean view. I was told upon calling back immediately after receiving the confirmation email that it was not a problem and I am entitled to a free upgrade because of my status. I did not receive any upgrade. I was told, sorry we are sold out. Then while sitting at the pool and asking a waitress for a menu I was told, sorry, I am busy. The second night I called the front desk as they had moved a screaming child into the room next to us and we could hear her and her parents frustration all night long, clear as day. I asked if we could be moved and the answer was, sorry we are sold out. There were no towels available at the pool on one occasion and they told us, sorry, check back in a little while. It just seemed as though the answer was a constant appeasing "sorry" with no attempt to provide service or resolution. It felt like staff was very nonchalant and didn't really care after we had paid our bill. Maybe the hotel is not equipped to handle busy season, or maybe they just don't care. I am not sure, but I was not impressed with anyone except Natalie at the front desk during check in. She was great, but after the check in process with her, everything went down hill. August 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our 8th year in a row Another outstanding visit! This is one hotel that knows how to consistently deliver year after year. I spend many nights thru out the year in other IHG properties none I look forward more to staying at than this one. Our pool view suite was very well maintained, appeared as though we had new living room furniture. The kitchen was fully stock with dishes and cooking utensils. The pools were all very well maintained. The staff as always went above and beyond. August 27, 2015
